What a fun-filled night of laughter and celebration at Rockland Rotary's 2023 Change of Command. As President, Tena Wallace, passes the gavel to incoming President, Bob Bird, we want to recognize all Tena's unwavering efforts, devotion, and accomplishments this Rotary year.
