Rotarians Mike Flanagan and Carol Worcester were guest speakers at the at the American Legion War Memorial Post 30 in Camden, September 3rd. They gave a presentation on Rockland Rotary's "Flags for Hereos" will be on display at the MacDougal Park in Rockland a week before and after Veteran's Day. Flags are sponsored to honor Veterans and local heroes recognized for outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. Proceeds from this event will go toward local causes for those in need. Information on how to sponsor a flag will be posted this month.
